1. Print the INSTRUCTION SHEET
This will tell you what we need you to send (or bring) us in order to be able to prepare your taxes. All the sheets that you fill out can be electronically sent to us, printed and brought in, mailed, faxed, or scanned and emailed. Whichever is the most convenient for you. If you are coming in and have filled out the forms and sent then to our office, please let the front desk know; this will prevent confusion and also reduce your waiting time.
2. You must complete either:
- Fill out Information Sheet – Renter – or – download as PDF
- Fill out Information Sheet – Homeowner – or – download as PDF
- Itemizing Information
- See Job-related Expenses you might be able to claim if you are a EDUCATOR, NURSE, FIREFIGHTER, REALTOR, PEACE OFFICER
- Are you Self-Employed?
